When and where did you become a believer? Halloween night, 1997 at Antioch Baptist Church. Invited by a cute girl to go to a church Halloween alternative. Didn’t connect with her, but connected with Jesus in stead. (way better)

The most exotic place you’ve been to: Lambert’s Café in Branson, MO.

The most adventurous thing you’ve ever done: Hiking the mountains of Qumran in Israel.

3 bucket list items: Travel Western Europe, Host a TV show (food network or travel channel), be the Governor of TN.

Regular order at Starbucks: Grande Pike with cream and 2 Splendas. Then when I get my free 15th drink, I get a Venti quad shot caramel macchiato, no foam, stirred, then add whip.

Josh Ward – Reverb Student Ministries Youth Pastor

Ministry role: Youth Pastor–which is a fancy way of saying: “still-a-kid-at-heart!”

Responsibilities: Serve. Love. Pray. Do fun stuff. Read the Bible. Speak the truth. Capture hearts. Engage minds. Be spontaneous. (yet responsible) All-in for Jesus. Fight the good fight. Run the race. Lead with passion. Follow the Spirit. Worship intensely. Empower the next generation. And by whatever means necessary: REACH PEOPLE!

1st job: Growing up my old neighbor was the “head honcho” at the local lumber yard. Basically you had to be a “mans man” to work there. So naturally that was my first job.

Education : I went to High School in the inner city–learned street smarts. I went to college at Middle Tennessee State University–learned book smarts. Earned my bachelors in Communication Studies.

Childhood ambition: Superhero, duh? Which one? Spidy. Why? Web shooting hands? Swinging from building to building? So cool.

Favorite scripture: James chapters 1-5. (the whole book)

Regular order at Starbucks: Pikes Place Dark Roast no room for cream just BLACK and BOLD! The sweet stuff is for sissies!

Favorite movie: Easy: “Forest Gump.” You get 1,000 different adventures in one movie! “Life is like a box of chocolates,” – mamma.

Things that fascinate me: People who wear shorts in the winter and act like everything is normal.

Music that moves me: I LOVE rap music. Most songs on the radio are not-so-good so I write my own rhymes. Yea..Im a rapper

Least favorite food: Anything plastic.

Favorite food: Gas station food by FAR! Skittles, beef jerky, and wash it down with a Red Bull!

Chris Lee – Dream Team Coordinator

Responsibilities:  Coordinating the various Dream Teams which make our Sundays so INCREDIBLE!

1st job:  Wendy’s (head burger flipper, give me some props)

Idea of a perfect day:  A boat, some water and a fishing pole.

Tony Martinez – LifeGroups Coordinator

Responsibilities: Do whatever it takes to help Life Groups run smooth.

Idea of a perfect day:  Wake up in Heaven and play my best round of golf with my Father, brothers Jimmy and Teddy.

Least favorite thing to do:  Put up Wallpaper

The most exotic place you’ve been to:  Rome Italy or Athens Greece

The most adventurous thing you’ve ever done:  Swim under water from the Island of Capri, off the coast of Italy, back to the main land of Naples.

Peeves:  Clutter and Lack of Attention to Detail.

One thing that most people don’t know about me:  I Love to Dance.

Music that moves me:  Slow Love Songs move my heart, but Big Band Swing music moves my Feet.

Alisha Shaffer – KidPoint Director/Church Administrator

Family: My husband, Chris, and our sweet dogs, Sandy and Axle.

Ministry role: I have the pleasure of leading the awesome KidPoint Dream Team and serve as the Church Administrator and Secretary/Treasurer to the Board of Directors. We’re also part of the Hospitality Team and DOD Ministry, as well as serve as Financial Peace University® coordinators.

Responsibilities: As KidPoint Director I rely on a team of 60+ volunteers to help me ensure LifePoint Church kids are safe and they have an opportunity to have a personal encounter with God every Sunday. As the Church Administrator I work to ensure events within our building are coordinated to avoid conflicts, collaborate with others to plan fellowship and ImpACT events, and ensure the lights don’t get turned off and everybody gets paid.

People I would like to meet: I like meeting everyone. I have to take up my husband’s slack.

3 bucket list items: Travel Europe, get my husband to eat vegetables, see all my family members receive salvation (which is more likely than #2)

Quirks: I find myself straightening items on shelves at any store I go to. I believe this to be a side effect from working at Wal-Mart.
