Mission: To develop a fellowship from our congregation at LifePoint Church who will focus on serving our veterans and the families of our peacemakers as well as those military men and women serving in harm’s way.
Purpose: For all military, veterans and their families with in Life Point church to be drawn together socially and spiritually as our congregation reaches out to serve those who have and are serving our country.
We provide the following benefits:
- Direct those veterans in need to resource offices for assistance and direction
- Emotional support and encouragement from fellow believers
- Provide church sermons to our members away from home, as requested
- Witness to and evangelize non Christian military, veterans and their families
- Fellowship and celebrate together with others of a like group
- Assist with all LifePoint Church military and veteran celebrations
Activities and duties that we assist in:
- Meetings and/or functions to be determined as Ministry develops
- Maintaining an informational database of veterans and military church members
- Sending copies of sermons (Transcripts) to deployed military personnel
- Spread our Lord’s Gospel to veterans, military and their families
- Distribute bibles to our veterans, military and families
- Supporting veterans, service members and families as ministry funds allow
- Participate as needed or requested at LifePoint church’s services and activities
We encourage everyone to participate and support the ministries of LifePoint Church.
